GreenTech Malaysia reserves the right to reject applications that have not been completed with the right information and supporting documents. Registration fees for rejected applications are non-refundable. I also acknowledge and understand that upon completion of the online registration, I will need to:

Print out a Statutory Declaration Form and have it stamped by a Commissioner for Oaths, and
Make payment through the available payment channels in order for my application to be completed
